Project Overview
At Cliantha Research Limited, the existing meeting room infrastructure lacked standardization, leading to inconsistent collaboration experiences and avoidable operational complexity. With structured discussions, client meetings, and video conferencing forming a core part of daily operations, the organization required a unified AV setup that would deliver reliability and ease of use across multiple rooms.
Design Intent
The goal was to establish a standardized, user-friendly collaboration environment that enables seamless meetings, reduces learning curves, and minimizes reliance on IT support.
Solution Approach
Play implemented a standardization-first AV design across both meeting rooms:
- Unified collaboration systems in each room to manage video conferencing, content sharing, and peripheral integration through a single platform
- Reliable signal infrastructure ensuring stable high-resolution content transmission
- Touch-based control interfaces enabling one-touch meeting initiation and simplified room management
- Room scheduling panels installed outside each space to display availability and improve booking efficiency
- Identical system configurations across rooms to ensure consistent workflows and user familiarity
Deployment was executed to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations while maintaining uniform system performance across both meeting spaces.
Outcome
The standardized AV upgrade delivered a consistent and efficient collaboration experience across Cliantha’s meeting rooms. Meetings now start faster, users experience uniform workflows regardless of room selection, and scheduling visibility has improved overall space utilization. Reduced dependency on IT support and reliable system performance have strengthened internal collaboration and client-facing engagements.
