Anil Nagrath & Associates required a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system for their Bungalow to secure the entire residential premises with centralized monitoring and reliable recording. The existing setup lacked structured coverage and organized backend infrastructure necessary for complete visibility and long-term dependability.
The objective was to implement a 24×7 surveillance backbone that ensures full property coverage, centralized footage management, and scalable infrastructure within a clean and maintainable residential environment.

Solution Approach
Play deployed a centralized CCTV architecture designed for coverage efficiency and structured management:
- Strategic deployment of dome cameras across covered and semi-indoor areas for wide-angle monitoring with discreet integration
- Installation of bullet cameras along perimeter and outdoor-facing zones to enable long-range directional surveillance
- 32-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) serving as the central recording and management hub
- High-capacity storage configuration supporting extended footage retention
- PoE network switch providing centralized connectivity and power distribution to cameras
- Structured patch panel and organized cabling system ensuring clean termination and simplified maintenance
- Dedicated equipment rack housing recording and networking components in a secure, accessible configuration
Implementation focused on eliminating blind spots, maintaining clean cable routing, and ensuring long-term serviceability.
Outcome
The bungalow now operates with comprehensive indoor and perimeter surveillance supported by centralized recording and organized backend infrastructure. Continuous 24×7 monitoring ensures dependable security coverage, while structured rack integration simplifies maintenance and future expansion.
