Project Overview
D’Decor Home Fabrics required a standardized and scalable AV and lighting automation ecosystem across its 6th and 7th floor corporate office at Solitaire Corporate Park. The deployment encompassed executive boardrooms, meeting rooms, training facilities, design collaboration spaces, showroom environments, and leadership cabins.
The objective was to unify presentation, collaboration, training, and experiential spaces within a structured technology framework that ensures operational consistency, ease of use, and alignment with the brand’s premium corporate identity.
Design Intent
The goal was to create a cohesive AV and lighting infrastructure that delivers seamless collaboration, immersive presentation capability, and centralized control across diverse workspace formats while maintaining clean integration with interior design.
Solution Approach
Play approached the deployment with a strong focus on system standardization, user simplicity, and seamless integration across diverse workspace formats. The solution was designed to unify boardrooms, training spaces, collaboration rooms, showroom environments, and executive cabins under a consistent AV and lighting automation framework while maintaining clean aesthetics across both floors.
Key elements of the solution included:
- Multi-screen video wall environments in executive spaces using professional large-format displays for high-impact visual communication
- Wireless tabletop microphones integrated with centralized DSP processing to ensure clear and controlled audio performance
- Distributed speaker systems delivering uniform speech intelligibility across boardrooms and larger collaboration spaces
- High-brightness projection systems with motorized screens for structured training sessions and lecture-based environments
- Wireless handheld and headworn microphones enabling presenter mobility during training and large-room sessions
- Lecture capture capability to support content recording and knowledge retention
- Right-sized LED display deployments across meeting rooms to maintain viewing consistency based on room capacity
- Wireless presentation systems and structured HDMI switching enabling plug-and-present collaboration workflows
- Large-format and interactive display systems within showroom and design spaces to support immersive storytelling and detailed visual review
- Professional LED displays within executive cabins enabling independent presentations and video conferencing
- Tablet-based and simplified control interfaces ensuring centralized management of AV systems without technical dependency
- Centralized lighting automation across both floors with scene-based presets tailored to different workspace usage scenarios
- Occupancy-responsive lighting behavior supporting energy optimization and operational efficiency
- Wall-mounted keypads providing intuitive manual override while maintaining reduced switch clutter
Every design decision prioritized consistency, scalability, and operational ease — ensuring that collaboration, training, executive meetings, and experiential brand interactions operate seamlessly within a unified and future-ready AV and automation ecosystem.
Outcome
The completed deployment established a unified AV and lighting ecosystem across two operational floors. Collaboration spaces now operate with standardized presentation workflows, while executive and client-facing areas deliver a premium, technology-enabled experience.
Integrated lighting automation improves comfort and efficiency, and centralized control reduces user dependency on technical support.
The result is a scalable, future-ready corporate environment that supports productivity, creativity, and elevated client engagement within a structured and seamlessly integrated infrastructure.
