Project Overview
The Mawaid facility required a structured AV infrastructure across its Ground and First Floors to support daily operations, presentations, internal coordination, and multi-purpose communication. The existing setup lacked integration, leading to inconsistent audio coverage, scattered control points, and limited flexibility for varied usage scenarios.
The objective was to implement a centralized and easy-to-manage AV ecosystem that ensures clear communication, simplified operation, and long-term reliability across both levels while maintaining operational continuity during deployment.
Design Intent
The goal was to standardize audio-visual infrastructure across both floors, delivering consistent performance, structured system management, and user-friendly control without adding complexity.
Solution Approach
Play executed a floor-wise integration strategy built on centralized logic and structured deployment:
- Installation of professionally positioned display systems to ensure optimal visibility across Ground and First Floor areas
- Distributed audio reinforcement system engineered for uniform coverage and speech intelligibility
- Centralized rack integration providing organized equipment housing and simplified maintenance access
- Structured cabling implementation to ensure signal stability and long-term serviceability
- User-friendly control interface enabling intuitive day-to-day operation for non-technical users
- Comprehensive system testing and commissioning to validate performance consistency across all zones
Deployment was planned to maintain operational continuity while establishing a cohesive and scalable AV framework.
