Multipurpose Hall AV Integration
Project Overview
The Saifee Foundation required a fully integrated AV ecosystem for its Multipurpose Hall to support conferences, religious gatherings, lectures, hybrid meetings, and large-format presentations. Managing diverse event formats within a single hall demanded a scalable and centrally controlled infrastructure capable of handling audio reinforcement, video distribution, and live production workflows.
The objective was to implement a high-performance, network-driven AV backbone that delivers clarity, flexibility, and operational simplicity while supporting long-term reliability.
Design Intent
The goal was to establish a versatile and future-ready AV environment that ensures uniform audio coverage, seamless video distribution, and simplified system control for multi-format events.
Solution Approach
Play executed a network-centric AV integration designed for scalability and structured control:
- Centralized digital signal processing backbone enabling advanced audio routing, mixing, and system management
- Distributed speaker and amplification system engineered for balanced sound dispersion and speech intelligibility across the hall
- Dual high-brightness projection systems with motorized screens supporting large-format visual presentations
- Integrated PTZ cameras enabling live streaming, recording, and hybrid conferencing capabilities
- AV-over-IP video distribution framework with encoders and decoders for seamless signal routing
- Professional wireless microphone systems supporting handheld, headworn, and bodypack configurations
- Dedicated audio mixing console for live event management
- Structured floor box connectivity incorporating Cat6 and XLR interfaces for flexible stage setups
- Centralized equipment racks with organized IP addressing and port mapping for simplified maintenance
Implementation included comprehensive commissioning, documentation, and structured handover to ensure operational readiness.
Outcome
The Multipurpose Hall now operates as a fully integrated, event-ready venue capable of supporting gatherings of varying scale and format. Audio coverage is clear and evenly distributed, while network-based video routing enables flexible content management. Hybrid event capabilities enhance engagement, and structured floor connectivity allows rapid reconfiguration.
Simplified control, documented infrastructure, and organized rack integration ensure long-term reliability and reduced technical dependency—establishing a future-ready platform for institutional events.
