AV Display Infrastructure Deployment
Project Overview
Anand Rathi Wealth required a standardized AV display infrastructure across its Kamala Mills office to support client engagement, internal collaboration, and corporate communication. The deployment spanned two operational floors, covering executive cabins, conference rooms, meeting rooms, reception, cafeteria, and digital signage areas.
The objective was to establish a consistent and professionally integrated visual communication environment that aligns with the organization’s premium financial services positioning while maintaining clean aesthetics and scalable infrastructure.
Design Intent
The goal was to create a unified display ecosystem that enhances presentations, strengthens branding, and enables seamless communication across formal and informal workplace zones.
Solution Approach
Play implemented a structured, space-specific deployment strategy, aligning display size and placement with room capacity and functional requirements.
- Installation of 43”, 50”, 55”, and 65” professional LED displays across executive and leadership cabins to enable direct presentations and reduce dependency on larger meeting rooms
- Deployment of 75” large-format displays in conference rooms to support group discussions and strategic meetings with optimized viewing clarity
- Integration of 55” and 65” LED displays in 4-pax and 8-pax meeting rooms to standardize collaboration experiences
- Installation of a 50” LED display in the client lounge to enhance brand engagement during informal interactions
- Placement of a 98” large-format LED display in the arrival area to serve as a high-impact visual focal point
- Deployment of a 75” LED display in the cafeteria to extend communication into breakout spaces
- Integration of 55” LED displays in lift lobbies and high-footfall zones dedicated to centralized digital signage and corporate messaging
Across both floors, emphasis was placed on structured mounting, concealed cabling, and consistent installation standards to maintain aesthetic alignment with the corporate interiors.
Outcome
The completed deployment established a standardized visual communication framework across two operational floors. Executive cabins, meeting rooms, and conference spaces now operate with right-sized display systems that support efficient presentations and collaboration.
Arrival and client-facing zones benefit from strong visual branding, while digital signage and breakout area displays extend communication beyond formal workspaces.
The result is a scalable, cleanly integrated AV display ecosystem that enhances workplace functionality, reinforces brand presence, and supports a premium corporate experience.
