Integrated AV Infrastructure Deployment
Project Overview
The Assembly Hall functions as a central venue for large gatherings, official meetings, ceremonies, and high-attendance institutional events. With frequent use for speeches, presentations, cultural programs, and announcements, the existing AV setup no longer met the performance and reliability demands of the space.
Fragmented infrastructure, inconsistent audio coverage, and manual system handling created operational challenges during live events. The objective was to establish a centralized, scalable AV ecosystem capable of delivering clear audio, impactful visuals, and simplified control for high-usage scenarios.
Design Intent
The goal was to create a unified and easy-to-operate AV environment that ensures consistent performance, enhances audience experience, and reduces dependency on technical intervention during events.
Solution Approach
Play executed a structured AV integration focused on acoustic clarity, visual impact, and operational simplicity:
- Distributed sound reinforcement system engineered to provide uniform audio coverage and clear speech intelligibility across the entire hall
- High-brightness visual display systems positioned to ensure optimal visibility for large audiences
- Strategically placed microphones and input connectivity to support podium speeches, panel discussions, and cultural programs
- The system operates in two modes, Software Mode and Mixer Mode, giving users complete flexibility. They can either manually control and fine-tune audio through the mixer or rely on the software to automatically manage and adjust settings during events.
- Centralized equipment rack design enabling organized signal management and streamlined maintenance
- Structured and labeled cabling infrastructure to ensure long-term serviceability and operational discipline
- Comprehensive system calibration and acoustic tuning aligned with the hall’s architectural characteristics
- User-friendly control interface allowing intuitive system operation during live events
Deployment was executed with careful planning to ensure minimal disruption while establishing a cohesive and future-ready infrastructure.

The Assembly Hall now operates as a fully integrated, event-ready environment delivering professional-grade audio and visual performance. Audio coverage is consistent across audience areas, display visibility has improved significantly, and system control is streamlined for smooth event execution.
