Integrated Audio Video Infrastructure Deployment
Project Overview
The Mahad facility serves as a key gathering space for religious assemblies, speeches, training sessions, and large congregational events across two operational floors. The existing infrastructure required a structured upgrade to support consistent audio clarity, reliable video coverage, and centralized management for high-attendance scenarios.
The objective was to implement a scalable, network-based AV ecosystem capable of supporting live addresses, distributed sound, camera integration, and flexible connectivity—while ensuring long-term serviceability and operational simplicity.
Design Intent
The goal was to establish a professionally integrated AV backbone that delivers uniform coverage, structured connectivity, and dependable performance across both floors without increasing operational complexity.
Solution Approach
Play executed a distributed and network-driven AV integration designed for clarity, coverage, and structured management:
- Deployment of ceiling, wall-mounted, and line-array speaker systems to ensure balanced sound distribution and speech intelligibility across ground and first floors
- Integration of large-format display systems positioned for clear audience visibility
- Installation of PTZ cameras to enable event coverage, monitoring, and recording capability
- Network-based audio interfaces supporting digital signal transmission over structured LAN infrastructure
- Multiple floor box deployments with Cat6 and multi-core audio connectivity to support podiums, microphones, and auxiliary inputs with defined IP addressing, port mapping, and structured patch panel configuration for organized system management
Implementation included calibration, structured labeling, and detailed documentation to ensure long-term stability and simplified maintenance.
Outcome
The Mahad facility now operates on a fully integrated and professionally structured AV infrastructure. Audio coverage is consistent and intelligible across large congregational areas, while distributed displays and camera systems enhance engagement and monitoring.
The network-based architecture supports scalability and centralized control, and comprehensive documentation ensures smooth operational handover. The result is a reliable, future-ready AV environment designed to support high-attendance gatherings with clarity and confidence.
