Project Overview

At AL Jamea Auditorium, operated by The Saifee Foundation, the requirement was to establish a fully integrated audio-visual ecosystem capable of supporting large-scale events, lectures, religious gatherings, and live productions. The facility demanded professional-grade sound reinforcement, live production capability, and structured system control to manage high audience volumes and multi-source content distribution.

The objective was to design and deploy a centralized AV infrastructure covering stage performance, video production, live streaming, distributed displays, and control room operations—ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless event execution.

Design Intent

The goal was to create a production-ready auditorium environment that delivers high-impact audio, broadcast-capable video workflows, and centralized operational control within a structured and documented infrastructure framework.

Solution Approach

Play executed a full-scale auditorium integration built around centralized production and control architecture:

  • Integrated sound reinforcement system with line arrays, subwoofers, stage monitors, and distributed speakers ensuring balanced coverage across audience and stage zones
  • Centralized amp room racks housing audio processing, amplification, and wireless microphone systems
  • Multi-camera PTZ setup enabling live projection, recording, and streaming workflows
  • Professional video switching and signal management systems supporting multi-source routing, scaling, encoding, and decoding
  • LED display integration and distributed commercial displays across VIP rooms, backstage, and control areas for synchronized visual output
  • Dedicated control room equipped with audio mixing, camera control, monitoring, and recording systems for centralized production management
  • Structured network backbone with managed switching, defined IP allocation, organized patching, and documented port mapping
  • Stage floor connectivity with structured cabling enabling flexible microphone, instrument, and auxiliary device integration

Implementation included detailed documentation, system training, and formal handover to ensure long-term operational readiness.

Outcome

The auditorium now operates as a fully integrated, production-ready event space capable of handling large-scale gatherings and broadcast workflows with reliability. Audio performance is evenly distributed across seating and stage zones, while centralized video control enables seamless content switching and live production management. Structured rack design and documented network architecture simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.

The result is a future-ready institutional auditorium equipped for high-impact events, live streaming, and professional-grade productions with operational clarity and long-term confidence.
